Everything you need to know before booking.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance, especially for weekends and school holidays. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — just send us a WhatsApp and we'll let you know what's available.
What happens if it rains on the day?
Light rain is usually fine for most inflatables. If severe weather is forecast we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge. We monitor weather closely and will always contact you the day before if conditions look problematic.
Do I need to provide power?
Yes, a standard power outlet nearby is required to run the blower on inflatables and any concession machines. If your venue doesn't have power we can discuss generator options — just let us know when you enquire.
How long does setup take?
Most setups take between 30 and 60 minutes depending on how many items you've hired. We'll arrive well before your event start time so everything is ready when your guests arrive.
Do you deliver to other islands?
We're based in Providenciales and cover all of Provo as standard. Deliveries to other islands in TCI are available upon request — additional fees may apply. Get in touch and we'll do our best to make it work.
Is there a minimum hire period?
Our standard hire is for a full day event. We'll confirm exact pickup and collection times when you book. Extended hire and multi-day rates are available for larger events.
